The former Brazil defender hopes his compatriot follows in his footsteps and moves to Rossoneri this summer
Former AC Milan and Brazil full-back Cafu thinks Barcelona defender Dani Alves would be a great signing for his old club. The right-back's contract runs out at the end of the season and he appears set to leave Camp Nou after failing to agree new terms.
PSG boss Laurent Blanc denied reports he could move for Alves, while there have also been rumours Manchester United have offered him a three-year deal.
Milan are believed to be reported suitors as well and Cafu was quick to endorse talk of a possible move.
"Dani Alves would be a great signing for AC Milan," he told Sky Sport. "He is one of the strongest full-backs in the world."
Cafu also gave his thoughts on Saturday's Champions League final between Barcelona and Juventus, insisting the tie will not be one-sided.
He added: "It's wrong to say that it will be an easy final for Barcelona. Juventus are a great team and I think it will be a great match."
