Roma secure €5 million deal for Ibarbo

Rudi Garcia's side have an option to turn the forthcoming loan move into a permanent deal for a further €3m
Roma have confirmed they have secured the loan signing of Victor Ibarbo from Cagliari for a €5 million fee.
The Colombia forward spent the latter part of last season with the Giallorossi, for whom he made 11 appearances after a initial battle with injury.
Ibarbo has now sealed a further one-year deal with the Stadio Olimpico side, with the option to make the move permanent for an additional €3m fee.
"AS Roma SpA announces that it has reached an agreement with Cagliari Calcio SpA for the transfer of Victor Ibarbo on a one-year loan deal until June 30, 2016," a statement on the club's official website read.
"Cagliari will be paid a fixed loan fee of €5m, potentially rising to €6m in bonuses relating to the performance of AS Roma and the player himself.
"The deal also includes an option to make the deal permanent at the end of the 2015-16 season for a fee of €8m."
Ibarbo joins fellow attacker Iago Falque in joining Rudi Garcia's side so far this summer.
