Watford have completed the signing of Roma defender Jose Holebas, the club have announced. The Greece international has signed a three-year deal with the Hornets, with the newly-promoted club paying a reported fee of £1.8 million for the full-back.
Holebas, who only joined Roma from Olympiacos last summer, made 34 appearances in all competitions in 2014-15, scoring once and also providing an assist.
The 31-year-old, a Greece international who has also played for 1860 Munich in the Bundesliga, joins fellow summer signing Marco Motta at Vicarage Road.
